About MED.INS and the role

MED.INS is a new Italian venture with the ambition to to lead the convergence between healthcare and personal care. Operating in the international distribution of surgical, dental, veterinary, beauty & hair, and pet grooming instruments, we are building a strong team dedicated to the surgical, dental, and veterinary sectors. The person we are looking for will play a crucial role in the expansion and consolidation of our brand within these specific sectors. Alongside, another specialized team will aid our growth in the Beauty & Hair and Pet Grooming sectors. Your role in the B2B division will be pivotal in strengthening our presence in the European market. We envision a future where MED.INS is universally recognized for its high-quality products, services, and brand reputation.

  • Western Europe: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands

  • Eastern Europe: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia

  • Southern Europe: Croatia, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain

  • Central Europe: Austria, Germany, Switzerland

Regions of interest

We are searching for independent commercial agents with experience in the Surgical, Dental, or Veterinary sectors. The primary responsibilities of the chosen candidates will be:

  • Introduce and Propose the Product to New Clients: Identify potential clients and present MED.INS products effectively, exploring new sales opportunities within the Italian market, especially in hospitals, public and private clinics, and pharmacies.

  • Maintain Positive Relationships: Although the primary aim is to acquire new clients, maintaining a cordial and professional relationship with healthcare facilities is vital.

  • Feedback and Reporting: Gather and share information on market trends and client feedback, thereby contributing to the continuous enhancement of our products and services.

  • Plan Annual Sales and Budgeting: Set sales forecasts and manage the budget in collaboration with the internal team.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in the Surgical, Dental, or Veterinary sectors.

  • Connections or experience with hospitals, both public and private clinics, pharmacies, or other related sectors is a major advantage.

  • Must be native or fluent in the language of the country he/she will be operating in. English proficiency is highly preferable.

  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills are vital, especially for younger applicants.

  • A willingness to work on a commission-based structure.

Available to begin at the earliest, with specific details to be discussed during the interview phase.
