About MED.INS and the role

Originating from Italy, MED.INS is emerging with the ambition to lead the convergence between healthcare and personal care. As we operate in the international distribution of surgical, dental, and veterinary tools, we are simultaneously building a strong team dedicated to the Beauty & Hair and Pet Grooming sectors across Europe. The person we are looking for will play a crucial role in the expansion and consolidation of our brand within the Beauty & Hair and Pet Grooming segment on a European level. Concurrently, another specialized team will assist in our growth in the surgical, dental, and veterinary sectors. Your role in the B2B division will be pivotal in boosting our presence across European regions and preparing us for the imminent B2C launch with our e-commerce platform. We envision a future where MED.INS will be recognized across Europe for its high-quality products, services, and brand.

  • Northern Europe: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, United Kingdom

  • Western Europe: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands

  • Eastern Europe: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia

  • Southern Europe: Croatia, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain

  • Central Europe: Austria, Germany, Switzerland

Regions of interest

We're looking for independent Commercial Agents with a background in Beauty & Hair, Pet Grooming, or ideally Pharmaceuticals. Key tasks for selected candidates are:

  1. Introducing and selling to new clients: Find and introduce our products to potential clients in the Italian market.

  2. Building good relationships: Gaining new clients is the goal, but keeping good relationships is just as important.

  3. Gathering feedback: Keep an ear out for what the market and clients are saying to help us improve our offerings.

  4. Annual sales budgeting: Set and track yearly sales goals in line with company targets.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and requirements

  • Background/expertise in the Beauty & Hair, Pet Grooming, or ideally Pharmaceutical sectors.

  • Connections or prior experience with pharmacies, hair salons, beauty centers, travel retail beauty, spas, or similar areas will be a significant advantage.

  • Must be native or fluent in the language of the countries he/she will be operating in. English proficiency is highly preferable.

  • Strong sales skills and interpersonal skills are a must, especially for the younger candidates.

  • Willingness to work on a commission-based pay structure.

Available to begin at the earliest, with specific details to be discussed during the interview phase.
